Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) play a vital role in fostering communication between parents and teachers.
The Results Day – Parent-Teacher Meeting held on 26thOctober 2024 at St.Joseph’s High School (English Medium ), Jokalandi, provided an essential platform for parents and teachers to discuss student performance following the recent Half Yearly Examination results.
Teachers presented an overview of the examination results, highlighting overall class performance, subject-specific outcomes, and individual student achievements. Followed by discussion on student progress, strengths, weaknesses, and strategies for improvement for each child.
Teachers also highlighted the upcoming events focusing on ‘ Talent Fest’ an all subjects exhibition to be held in the month of November. The details related to the same like the date of submission, topics to be selected, other specifications were informed and explained to the parents as well as students.
Parents were also informed about the details regarding the schedule and syllabus of II Unit Test, Christmas Celebrations and Winter Vacation .
Teachers encouraged Parents to motivate their ward for overall excellence academically as well as to participate in extracurricular activities. They also reminded the parents for the timely payment of school fees.
Parents provided valuable feedback on the curriculum, including suggestions for enrichment activities and resources that could enhance student learning.
The School Principal, Sr. Archana and Vice Principal Sr.Keerthana acknowledged all parents’ and teachers’ efforts for their participation and commitment towards student success.
Overall, it was a successful event that fostered collaboration between parents and teachers.
