Sr. Pauline was not only an efficient administrator but also a compassionate presence in the life of the school. Her leadership was marked by quiet strength, deep wisdom and a nurturing spirit. She was a woman of vision and action, firm when needed, yet always gentle, approachableand understanding. Whether it was guiding the staff, encouraging students or quietly supporting those in need, she touched every corner of the school with her care and commitment.
During her tenure, Sr. Pauline contributed significantly to the growth and smooth functioning of the institution. Her emphasis on discipline, academic excellence and value-based education helped create a nurturing and structured learning environment. She stood as a true icon of knowledge, hard work and courage, inspiring everyone to do their best and to serve with love and integrity.
One of her most significant contributions during her tenancy was the construction of a spacious and well-planned building exclusively for the English Medium section. This long-awaited development became a reality through her initiative, determination and tireless efforts, fulfilling a vital need of the institution and providing a better learning environment for the students. On the day of her farewell, the school community gathered to express their appreciation and love for Sr. Pauline through touching words, songs and tokens of gratitude. It was an emotional and memorable event that reflected the deep bond she shared with the institution.
Her departure leaves behind a void that will surely be felt by all who worked closely with her. At the same time, her influence and values will continue to live on in the hearts of those she has mentored and guided.
As Sr. Pauline now takes up a new mission as the Manager of St. Joseph’s Hospital, Agartala, we extend to her our heartfelt wishes. May God continue to bless her with health, wisdom and strength as she begins this new chapter of service. We are confident that she will continue to be a beacon of light and hope to many more lives, just as she was here in Jokalandi.
