10th March 2025 – Parent Teacher Meet for Class 9 and 10
The special Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for Class 9 and 10 students was conducted under the guidance of Sr. Archana, the Principal of St. Joseph’s High School (English Medium), on 10th March 2025, to address the academic progress, behaviour and overall development of the students. The main agenda of the meeting was to discuss the students’ performance in the ongoing academic year and provide insights into how parents can support their children in the lead-up to the Class 10 board exams.
- Reshma&Mrs.Snigdha presented an overview of each student’s academic performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- Subjects with the highest average scores and those where students may require extra attention were discussed.
- Focus was given to preparing students for board exams, especially in subjects like Mathematics, Science and English.
- The Importance of maintaining consistent attendance was emphasized, as well as active participation in class.
- Discussions were held regarding student behaviour, including teamwork, discipline, and respect in school.
- Parents were encouraged to create a positive study environment at home.
- Teachers advised parents on how they can stay involved in their child’s academic life without causing undue stress.
The PTM was a constructive session aimed at fostering better communication between parents and teachers. With the collaborative efforts of both parties, it is expected that students will receive the necessary guidance and support to excel in their Class 9 and 10 exams.
