WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL AFTER SUMMER VACATION

Education is a key to unlocking the world, a passport to freedom.

Summer vacations have passed,A rejuvenated school year starts,There’s reading, drilling and spelling too,Team works and blessings will get us through.”

Reopening of school after the summer break is a time for new aspirations and to rekindle the joy of learning. St.Joseph’s High school, English Medium, Jokalandi reopened on 20th June 2024 for the  academic year 2024-25 for class Nursery  to IX.

The children were welcomed by Mrs. Urvashi Devi   to walk into the campus for their journey towards joyous learning with bright and cheerful faces. To extend a formal welcome, a special assembly was conducted by Std. VIII and Std. IX under the guidance of Mrs. Urvashi Devi and Mrs. Reshma Tripathy.

The program aimed to motivate the students and set the tone for a productive and successful year ahead.The school premises were beautifully decked up to welcome the students. Various banners and posters were displayed with inspiring captions such as “Dream Big,” “Work Hard”, “Never Give Up” and “Believe in Yourself.”

It was also a noteworthy moment to welcome back Mrs.Nikita to our school! The management washappy to have her to join the team as a teacher and look forward to the knowledge and experience she will bring to our students. She was welcomed with a bouquet by Sr. Archana.

Another milestone of the day was the Felicitation of the Class X Children with a flower. They were congratulated and greeted  by Sr. Archana ,Sr. Keerthana  and all the teachers . Their achievements serve as an inspiration to all. Their hard work, determination, and perseverance serve as a testament to the power of education and the potential that lies within each and every one of us.

Everyone was excited and had been looking forward to this special day and were eager to enter the new building for classes without having the formal inaugural ceremony. Sr.Archana guided all the children of classes VI to IX and settled them in their new classrooms.

Students were exhilarated as they were eager to meet the teachers and peers. During the assembly time students were greeted happily by the Principal Sr. Archana and the dos and don’ts were explained.

The much awaited first day of school, post vacation came to an end with a lot of fresh memories and excitement to resume the academic journey, was an apt beginning to plethora of surprises that waits for them.

The ceremony concluded with the senior students singing the national anthem, instilling a sense of unity, pride, and belonging among all present.
