FAREWELL 2023-2024 (2nd Batch of ICSE)

The end of schooling is the beginning of something new. Moving ahead signals the end of one season and the emergence of another. A farewell programme was organized on 9th February 2024 for the outgoing students of class X with great fervour and enthusiasm. The students of class X were accorded a warm welcome through a welcome song. The programme began with a meaningful prayer service conducted by the Vice Principal Sr.Keerthana, imploring God’s love, peace, joy, courage, strength, patience, understanding and wisdom on our students so that they choose the right path in their future life.The programme was then followed by Variety entertainment. The juniors created an ambience of enjoyment and music for their seniors to enjoy their last memories in the school.
All students of the outgoing batch shared their experiences and memories. Principal Sr.Archana addressed the gathering, expressing her best wishes for the outgoing batch in their upcoming exams and the endeavours that lie ahead. Her words resonated with encouragement, urging the students not to be dismayed by goodbyes but to embrace the opportunities and challenges that await them. Her message urged the students to imbibe good virtues and wished them a successful life ahead.
The farewell concluded with heartfelt wishes from their class teacher Mrs.Snigdha Acharya, and staff as they bid adieu to the students. Despite the emotional farewell, there was an underlying sense of hope and aspiration for the bright futures that awaited the graduating class. Proceeding further, Sadhana Sahoo from Class VIII proposed the vote of thanks followed by National Anthem.
In essence, the event was a perfect blend of entertainment, nostalgia, and heartfelt goodbyes, making it a truly memorable occasion for the outgoing X grade students and leaving an indelible mark on the school community.
